Some of us had 2 eyes, 1 nose and a mouth with hair on the top, but some of us had 6 eyes, no nose and hair on the top and bottom of our face! We really enjoyed creating these together and laughed a lot while using lots of brilliant language 👅👄👂🏼👃🏼👁️ 8 Likes

In provision, we independently mixed red and yellow paint to make orange for our gorgeous autumn leaves and mixed red and yellow water to make orange too!

The children showed beautiful listening skills as we learned how to be safe enough in forest school, and real creativity when it came to making their different faces! We had a range of emotions displayed on the forest floor and even had some eyelashes!
We will be doing this weekly all through the winter so please can you make sure you supply your children with wellies and onesies if you haven’t already so that we stay warm and dry ☔️
